Be a Part of West District’s Very First Art Contest!
West District is calling all local artists to help transform the community clock tower into a work of public art. Submit your artwork before October 1st for the chance to have your design be the very first artwork wrapped on the clock tower.

Colour Palette
- Green: CMYK(65%, 0%, 100%, 0%)
- Blue: CMYK(83%, 11%, 0%, 0%)
- Purple: CMYK(51%, 92%, 0%, 0%)
- Red: CMYK(3%, 100%, 100%, 1%)
- Yellow: CMYK(0%, 42%, 100%, 0%)
Design Notes
- Consider how your design will be viewed from a distance.
- Avoid very fine details that may not reproduce well at scale.
- Ensure important elements are centered and not cut off by tower edges.
- Keep in mind that this is a community landmark—be bold, creative, and inspiring!
File Type
- Preferred: Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF)
- Accepted (for raster artwork): .TIFF, high-resolution JPEG, or PNG
- Resolution: Minimum 100–150 dpi at full size OR 300 dpi at 25% scale
Submission Requirements
- Artists may submit smaller preview images. Winner’s design must be submitted in production-ready formats (vector or high-resolution raster).
Resources
The winning artwork will be professionally printed and installed, artists are not responsible for the production or application. Please note that the winning artist will be required to sign an agreement granting Truman the rights to produce and display their artwork on the clock tower.

Note: Entry files may be submitted in smaller sizes, but the winning artwork must be provided at full resolution for the clock tower wrap.
